Carla's Prayer

Dear God,

Thank you for husband and family, for neighbors and friends, for officemates and classmates. Thank you for all the people you've sent who have shown how much You love me. I am overwhelmed with joy, humbled by their love and affection, consoled by their friendship and steadfastness.

Thank you for Your tender mercies, for Your goodness and greatness, for forgiving my sins, for keeping me alive. Make me an instrument of your peace. That I may live as You want me to, let Your will be done in my life. I offer You thanks and praise. Please forgive my doubts, my fears and my weakness.

I can only hope and be strong in You, my God. I trust in Your help, mercy, goodness and grace. Please make me well. Please be in my life always.
