About Gloria

Gloria Macalalad, 46, is married to Butch Macalalad. They have 4 children. Bernadette, 27, a College instructor, Benedict, 24, a law student, Bah, 21, a graduating Education student, and Job, 3 1/2 , who is the family’s source of joy.

Gloria and Butch used to be active in the field of Customs brokerage. Their small business had been doing well until economic crises hit the country. A series of financial difficulties has become too distressing for them, having children to send to colleges, loans to pay, among other obligations.

Despite the difficult situation they have been facing, they remain faithful to their service to the Couple for Christ Community.
